HISTORY ATTACHMENT:

 

Representing the 603 and Manchvegas, Erik fell into the scene during the reign of New Englands hot spot OPERATION BOOM. Feeling the sounds, he shortly after purchased his own 1200s in the winter of 97. With a Industrial and Hardcore background, Eriks mixes fused together numerous styles of electronic music with a unique hard edge. Always ready for a challenge, he will mix in and out of genres to keep the dance floor unpredictable and the energy level high.

 

After playing numerous house parties under the alias of KNOCKOUT, Erik made his club debut at Nashuas The Wok. He teamed up with other heads in the NE scene including Chris B, Robbie Huggs, and the Froogs, creating the lively, but short lived Nu-Breed. They threw several parties across NH and Mass with headliners like Jonathan Theory, Midas, Knowledge, Hush and Chip. Nu-Breeds demise left Erik time focus on his own side project.

 

Wanting to evolve the scene with a wider variety of music was the main motive behind starting the ARKANE MOVEMENT. The original AM Family was comprised of D, Brianna, Kate, Joff and Chealsy, with Erik and Mark making up the talent roster. AM events included DJs of all styles including House, Breaks, Jungle, and Hip-Hop. You could also catch live bands at AM events like the Clampdown and Comadose. Pulling the strings Erik handled venue/talent bookings, flyer design, promotion, and most importantly, manning the decks.

 

After a successful year with the AM, Erik joined the United States Air Force with fellow cohort Mark. Currently stationed in Okinawa, Japan, he continues to rock the tables with all flavors of the underground. Taking up a new outlet Erik has headed to the lab to create some beats on the AMs ABARAX TRACKS. With the Arkane Movement growing, Erik is showing the masses somethings up, and what is what.
